FIS Licences are now on sale with earlybird prices* available for purchases between 15 May and 30 June 2019 (Masters, British Forces and Secondary licences do not offer discounted earlybird prices).

On 1 July 2019, FIS licences will then revert back to the normal rate. If you would like to benefit from this offer, then please ensure that you purchase your FIS licence before the end of June.

Follow this link to the online portal and either register by clicking on the relevant discipline tab OR log-in using your username and password. For returning licence holders, you will be emailed a reminder of your log-in details.

In order to be issued with a FIS Licence, you must:

1. Complete a medical form - The International Ski Federation (FIS) requires national governing bodies to ensure the fitness of athletes before granting a FIS Licence. This form certifies that the athlete has had an appropriate evaluation of their medical health by a qualified medical practitioner and should be scanned and sent to fislicence@gbsnowsport.com on completion. The Certificate of Health is available to  download on the GBS website. Once the form has been submitted, if there is any change to your health, you must inform us. For more information on this, please read FAQs Certificate of Health.

Your medical form is valid for 3 years – a completed medical certificate for the 2019/2020 season will be valid until the end of the 2021/22 season. If you submitted your form during the 2016/17 season, you will need to have your medical certificate renewed for the 2019/2020 season.

2. Hold a valid GBR passport - On purchasing your FIS licence, please send a copy of your passport to fislicence@gbsnowsport.com.

3. Register with your Home Nation for the 2019/20 season - Please note in some cases your 2018/19 Home Nation registration will not run out until later in 2019, however you must renew now to ensure we have confirmation that you will be registered for the whole of the 2019/20 season.

Only after GB Snowsport has received confirmation of ALL of the above can your FIS Licence can be processed. Please apply in PLENTY of time before entering your first race.
